Buy now, use in 6 months or 2 years — same thing. - **How does billing work?** You buy token bundles by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Each AI call deducts tokens from your wallet. Full transparency per service in the dashboard. - **Can I refund unused tokens?** Not automatically — but if there's a clear error (e.g. unauthorized charge), contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a refund. - **Is auto-recharge safe?** Yes. It only charges when your balance falls below a threshold you set, using your saved card. You can disable it anytime from the dashboard. - **Which platforms does Talos chat work on?** WordPress/WooCommerce (plugin), Magento 2 and Hyva (module), Shopify (app with App Embed), and any custom site via a JavaScript embed snippet + REST API. - **How do I install the chat widget on my site?** Install the plugin/module/app for your platform, enter your account key and the widget appears. On custom sites, one embed snippet before the closing body tag. No coding required. - **Does it work on mobile?** Yes. The widget is mobile-first and responsive — it adapts to every screen, with touch-friendly conversation and product cards. - **Do I need a developer?** Not for the basic setup. For deeper integrations (ERP, order tracking, custom API actions) our team takes over — contact us. - **Where do the AI models run?** On our own NVIDIA cluster in Thessaloniki. We don't send data to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or other providers.
